Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility while also ensuring fairness for our team and other clients. Below is our cancellation policy for all services: General Cancellation Policy: -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. -No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost as a late cancellation fee. Recurring Services (Dog Walking, Check-Ins, Medication Administration) -For regularly scheduled services, cancellations must be made by 8 PM the day before to avoid charges. If you need to pause recurring services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to prevent future billing. Pet Transportation & Pet Photography -Transportation appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Photography sessions require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits for photography are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if canceled in time. Emergency & Special Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unexpected emergency, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Severe weather conditions or unsafe travel conditions may result in rescheduled services without penalty.
