ADDED FEES

HOUSE SITTING FEES

A $10 fee will be added if needing us to stay past 12pm on the day of your return.
 

Our house sitting service is based on a 12:00 pm check-in to 12:00 pm check-out schedule. If additional time is required, the following options are available:

Late check out 3pm: $10

Check-out after 3pm: Half day rate of $50.

TRAVELLING FEES

A $10 travel fee will be added to any service booked outside of Chatham.

Any service booked out of town must be a minimum of 30 minutes.

CANCELLATION FEES

​Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.


Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.


No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost as a late cancellation fee.

HOLIDAY FEES

A $10 fee will be added to any service booked on a Holiday.

April 18th- Good Friday.
April 21st- Easter Monday.
May 19th- Victoria's Day.
July 1st- Canada's Day.
September 1st- Labour Day.
October 13th- Thanksgiving Day.
December 25th- Christmas Day.
December 26th- Boxing Day.
